整車密封性淋雨試驗(yàn)室用途：

本防雨密封性試驗(yàn)裝置要保證從各個(gè)方向?qū)ぜ?客車、汽車、貨車等)噴水，避免出現(xiàn)噴水死角和降雨空白區(qū)域，并保證噴水壓力達(dá)到要求。通過試驗(yàn)確保整機(jī)的防雨密封性能和質(zhì)量。

試驗(yàn)內(nèi)容：車輛的前部、后部，左右兩部、頂部、底部淋雨試驗(yàn)

符合QC/T476-2007標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

噴淋裝置 spray device	管道材料采用鍍鋅管材，控制閥門采用蝸輪蝶閥，吸水處設(shè)底閥。管路中設(shè)穩(wěn)壓閥1組，穩(wěn)壓閥前設(shè)有壓力表、流量計(jì)，噴淋管末端設(shè)有壓力表、流量計(jì)。保證設(shè)備正常運(yùn)行。支管排列均勻，保證淋雨段內(nèi)降雨均勻。 Pipe materials use galvanized steel tubes, control valve to use the worm gear butterfly valve, bibulous place set bottom valve.
