Assignment of Task

The specified water test chamber allows the customer to do tests in accordance to the international standard IEC 529. It allows also testing in accordance to ISO 20653 und DIN 40050 –part 9. Specifically tests are according to DIN 40050, Part 9, table 4 "Degrees of protection against ingress of water" and also the standards DIN 60529 and EN 60598-1

品達(dá)IPX1～I(xiàn)PX9 / IPX9K淋雨測試試驗(yàn)箱允許用戶完成IEC 529標(biāo)準(zhǔn)試驗(yàn)。 也允許根據(jù)ISO 20653和DIN40050-9部分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)試驗(yàn)。特別適用于DIN 40050, 第9部分, 第4節(jié)“依靠水浸入的防護(hù)等級”和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)DIN 60529 及 EN 60598-1。

 



 

Different types of protection tests:

 

IP X1 = Dripping water (Option)

IP X2 = Dripping water when tilted up to 15° (Option)

IP X3 = Spraying water at any angle up to 60°

IP X4 = Splashing water

IP X4K = splash water with increased

IP X5 = Water jets (Option)

IP X6 = Powerful water jets (Option)

IP X6K = strong high-velocity water

IP X7 = Can be resistant immersion in a short period of time (1m)

IP X8 = Under a certain pressure for a long time immersion

IPX9K = High-pressure water jets (Option)

 

IP X1 =滴水（選項(xiàng)）

IP X2 =傾斜15° 時(shí)滴水

IP X3 =60°+60°擺管角度噴水

IP X4 =180°+180°擺管角度噴水

IP X4K =180°+180°擺管角度增壓噴水

IP X5 =沖水

IP X6 =強(qiáng)沖水

IP X6K =增壓強(qiáng)沖水

IP X7 =一米水深短時(shí)間耐浸水

IP X8 =長時(shí)間浸泡在一定壓力下浸水

IPX9/IPX9K =高溫高壓水射流
